By accessing or using The Amp Colony (the "Service"), operated by Million Robot Army LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Amp Colony is an AI-powered tool that assists users in generating, debugging, explaining, and converting AMPscript and SSJS code for use with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended to assist, not replace, professional development practices.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with a valid email address
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable subscription fees
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges until you cancel

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

5. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier has a monthly limit on the number of AI queries. Unused queries do not roll over to the next month. Query limits reset on your monthly billing date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the Service to develop competing products

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Million Robot Army LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Code generated by the Service is provided for your use. You retain ownership of any code you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of the output generated from your inputs.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Generated code will be free from bugs or errors
  • Generated code will be suitable for your specific use case
  • The Service will meet your requirements

You are responsible for testing and validating all generated code before using it in production environments.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILLION ROBOT ARMY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Million Robot Army LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
